I would just go to one of his gigs and take it. I'd even do it right in front of him and see if he wanted to do something about it but I'm an *******. It's not the money it's the principal of the matter.

On the topic point, I've decided I'm going to let it go. Just a bit of angst seeing someone using gear that I know is mine. Life is too short.
Compared to the guy who is fighting with Rybski basses, or the numerous folk fighting with SGD, my complaints are petty.
