$500.00 Squiers!

I went to pick up a the Squier VM I ordered for my girlfriend today. I was looking other basses and noticed they had the Classic Vibe series, tried a Jazz and a P bass, looked at the price $500.00 Canadian for the P and $530.00 for the Jazz! I looked at other Squier VMs on the wall, $430.00! Guess I was lucky ordering it the week before!

The Canadian dollar is currently worth 80 cents U.S.:eyebrow:

ETA: And they're still the same price at Musicians' Friend.

ETA more: And the Perfect Bass.

ETA again: However, Bass Emporium has priced them at $350 US.

For this kind of money, you should try to find an early japanese Squier, which will probably be a much better instrument.
