Tempo is 95-100 is a typical hard rock song, where you don`t know what to put. Guitar oriented song. The guitar riff is in Keith Richards vein but the song is more a Hard rock song (AC-DC) or the Cult. It has less air than the stones riffs so I think this give the song a more Hard rock vibe to it.
The first bar is all 8th notes.

Second bar begins with silence (8th note) and an F at the first upbeat (the F last until beat 3) Then at 3 beat is: A-Bb (8th notes) and at beat 4 is Bb ( quarter note)

The song has this as intro and verse so it repeat lot of times.

You've given us two measures of a song. Really would like more, however, those notes are all in the F major scale, however, don't forget those notes will also be in the Dm scale as well. I'm counting on it being F Major. OK that's our first clue.

I'd just have to listen and get a feel but, a simple R-5 or F-C is where I'd start. Rock likes the 5th to be on the 3rd beat so I'd keep that in mind. Or failing all that F major pentatonic. See if any of that sounds OK. Really need to know the tonal center - if the chords used are from F major or Dm. With what you've given us I'd bet on F.

Old rule - follow the chords - see if you can pull up some fake chord on the song and take a peek. If this is from a cover I bet someone has already figured out what chord to play under that riff -- follow the chord and build your bass line from the chord used in the fake chord.

Several other choices come to mind. Bb could be the key/scale. Bb, C, D, Eb, F, G, A -- see if you can pull up some fake chord on the song.

The song repeats over and over with that 2 measures. It is a riff, think ac-dc back in black! In tempo 95-100

First Measure
All the notes are 8th notes

Beats 1:Bb-C 2:C-Bb 3:C-C 4:Bb-C

Second Measure
begins with silence (8th note) and an F at the first upbeat (the F last until beat 3) Then at 3 beat is: A-Bb (8th notes) and at beat 4 is Bb ( quarter note)

This is the intro and all the verses. Hope you can understand. I don`t know how to write it and paste it at the forum.

The more we see -- it looks like the song is in Bb. And the more I think about it I think the chord progression will be a Bb vamp. That means Bb as the tonic chord and only one more chord ---- If I had to choose I'd say Bb and the F chord.

Is the name of the song listed on what you are looking at? That may help us find the chords the song writer used. Once we decide what chords are used the bass line will be a snap.

If not root Bd over the first measure and root F over the second measure try this: Bd-D-F-C | F-A-C-F | I think Yamaha and I are headed to the same place.

Ah! I understand this a bit more. Not so good with treble clef, but I can play it.

I think root-5 would be pretty cool over that. I'm a big fan of using 16ths under the guitars when they're playing 8ths but each to their own

I also use a lot of octaves - they add some nice depth when they're used tastefully IMHO
