Interesting. That first one though, looks unplayable. That action is at least 1/4" off the fretboard. Yikes....
That first one has the same sound hole rosette and preamp as two other Korean basses I have.

I will be over there Sunday. I will take it down and get more photos and dimensions. It has 4 strings. Look closer.

The regular sized ABG plays VERY well. And the action isn't as high as it looks. I tried to buy it from him. It sounds good. but nooooo. It is the last of the small batch he had made for the old company.
Yes I just did look closer and it appears to have two courses of double strings and a really thin neck.
The four strings are not spaced evenly.
That is extremely interesting.
The big one looks like a Berda (or Berde), the bass member of the Tamburica instrument family from Croatia. Sometimes the Berda looks like the Double Bass with f holes, sometimes like a large bass guitar with a circular soundhole. ATLAS of Plucked Instruments - Europe East
That is where I was going with the Sound Hole Rosette and the preamp control.
Of course this is only 32" scale and nowhere near as big in length or width and probably thickness too!
