AudioKinesis cabs come with port plugs so you can run them fully or partially ported or sealed. It's a beautiful thing.

I had a Custom Sound -combo- in the 1980s with either a 12 or 15 in quite a small sealed box. Not a cab, except I had it modified so I could put a guitar amp into it as a cab. 60W so a bit lacking in anything other than small venues unless you cranked it at which point it was great for sounding like Jack Bruce...

Most all ported cabs can easily use an IR to sound just like a sealed cab.
Get an impulse loader and load an old sealed cabinet IR
