A Little Roscoe Fun

As promised - here are the pictures of the tops for the 3 PJ "plus" basses. Thanks for providing these photos, Gard!

Beautiful basses coming in the posts above! +1 on that burst... really nicely done.

I've been woodshedding the new Roscoe (Century Signature) and will get it out on a gig for the first time this weekend. Fun bass to play... just so 'quick and articulate' with that massive low mid push, and that super pure, modern top end.

Amazing low action capability of these basses also. Combined with the sleek neck profile, these basses are unique combination of 'super easy to play', but at the same time, completely unforgiving of sloppy chops.

I'll still always be a more traditional J and P guy, but it sure is fun to have this totally different voicing option, and 'modern feeling' instrument in the stable.

Magnificent build quality and well thought out design. Even the Century body design feels nice and small and compact versus a typical J body. VERY nice.

I can see where you guys own more than one of these. Nice to have that more 'J' type option now. I can see a Century with Aguilar guts would be quite nice!

Yep, I ordered that one before the price increase. You can see an apples to apples price difference in the "On Order" section of my site. This one is $2674, and the later one (at the new price) is $2950. So that's a savings of $276 for some lucky dude...

Steve - Gard says your bass is looking ready to be completed sometime next week! The only thing better than "2 weeks" is "next week"!! LOL
