A Little Roscoe Fun

Wow! Those basses should really sound nice. I've always wanted to hear a Roscoe with that pickup configuration. When I was a Pedulla guy I always loved the sound of the P-J combo.

I don't think so. The 5-string pickup is a brand new "P" offering from Aguilar, so the 6 is probably something they'll consider doing in the future (possibly). I'll put a bug in their ear...

I'm not a huge "P" fan - rolling to the neck pup gets me as close as I need to be - but maybe a "JJ" version would be cool. I think I'm more of a Bart guy anyway.

Actually, I'm waiting to see what F005 that Greg has ordered will look/sound like.

I also find myself wanting (I know, I know) a 6 again. A Jimmy Haslip "tribute" is still in the back of my mind - poor man's verse of course. Maybe break from my Century body style and try an LG, go mahogany (just love the sound of my fretless) with a quilt top, pau ferro board, something like that.
