A reasonable Pre-amp with active/passive switch

I have a warwick with Bartolini's and I need a new pre-amp.

Any suggestions or updates on the latest gear.

I play everything from rock to jazz. O yeah- my old pre-amp was an East J-retro that died a horrible death.
