A Very Sensitive Subject Among Men

I want a utilikilt for some reason, and it's not driven by drippyballs.
Balldensation.
Manly-Dew.
Nutspiration.

Wear an althetic supporter to hold the boys up and away, go otherwise commando, and lose a few lbs so your inner thighs aren't sandpapering your pants, and you should be ok.

I hate to be "that guy", but I will anyway.
They're not making underwear like they used to. They (Fruit of the Loom and Hanes) are using much thinner fabric on briefs. The last sets of FoL and Hanes I bought holed out in the subject location very soon after purchase and I'm rotating my stock on a regular basis. FoL and Hanes used to hold up very well and I've been about the same weight for years.
I'm now trying out some expensive briefs from Land's End. We'll see if they hold up.
So, if the OP bought the subject briefs recently, it could be the shoddy materials they're using now.
As for the powder question, it's Gold Bond all the way.

I'm on my feet all day at work, and on occasion I have to walk around the store for several hours. I was getting some pretty painful irritation between my legs under the scrotum, but Gold Bond powder took care of that in short order. Now I never go to work without "powdering up" down there. ;)

Wow! Reads like a radio ad script! Are you a compensated endorser?

so this is what its come to........... just a bunch of dudes rappin about their sweaty nether regions. I will go on record right now and be the first to nominate this thread for most entertaining if not somewhat embarassing thread of the year. I really think it has that kind of potential.

airflow is where its at.

Really ball sweat???? Don't have it. For those of you not washing them because of the harmful soap?? That's just gross. If you have ball sweat and its a problem you need to see a doctor.

You live in Minnesota where it's -34 in the winter and -5 in the summer. For some of us, from more hot and humid regions of the world, perspiring walnuts are a very real, and very serious issue. I think this thread should be archived for future generations to learn from. Think of the children; don't sweat them out before they're even made!

+1 on kilts!

I don't know why I just read this whole thread.

Anyway, holes in undies is due to your laundry practices. Don't wash your choners with your 501s... They're just wearing out.
Splash out on new ones.

If you are a girl please leave this thread, as the following subject is very delicate and embarrassing to us men.

The past few years I've noticed that I keep developing holes in my pants, underneath the crotch area--basically at the very center of my pants bottom. I did not know how or why this was happening but I imagined it may have something to do with my inclination towards sitting on rough surfaces; cement steps, and so on...

Recently I discovered why they sell talcum powder in the men's section of the drugstore. I had always wondered about this and just imagined it had something to do with shaving--part of some sort of old fashioned shaving regimen for old men.

Well, as it turns out, men's talc (as opposed to shaving talc) is actually meant to be used as an absorbent, in order to keep your crotch area dry.

I came home from a walk the other day and discovered that there was a large sweat stain on my pants right at the bottom of my crotch, right where I've been developing these holes, so I finally know where this problem is coming from: the "Man Sweats!"

I bought some Johnson's Baby Powder because I couldn't find anything else at my local shop and I used it today for the first time. Unsure of how to apply it, I poured it onto my hands rubbed them together and then rubbed it onto the area. Well, it didn't work and it also made a bit of a mess. I came home from my evening constitutional to find my pants wet exactly where I had applied the powder.

I come to you, brothers, seeking advice. How does one apply the powder for best results, and what other advice can you offer a sufferer of the Man Sweats?

Thanks in advance.

You should try Saxx underwear. They "keep your package packaged." http://youtu.be/lTmVduSzXXE?t=23s
