Adding a pull-out handle to a cabinet

I am thinking about adding a pull-out handle to my Schroeder 21012L. Has anyone done this with good results?

I've robbed those out of old luggage and used them on a couple homebrew cabs. So far, the results are good but I couldn't attest to how they hold up over the long haul, getting loose, rattling, etc.
