Ads all over page on desktop

Anyone else suddenly getting weird popup ads only on Talkbass all the sudden?
I use Chrome -i cleared cookies and no luck. Looks like:

Yes. It's happening here with Firefox but is fine using Chrome.
I can't close one of the ads, and I can't select anything on the website.

Yes, just started happening to me too, they're really annoying "float on top" ads that cover the posts I'm trying to read.

I use NoScript with Firefox... free and works fine.

I'm trying to report them as "ad covered content", not sure that will do anything to help...

I don't know where to report/ask about this... but what is going on with these ads on the side? They totally cover content and make it impossible to select a topic. And... well, here they are on a post.

I use the Opera browser and I am a member, so....
I never, ever get ads on TB...Sshhhh, don't tell the TalkBass brass.

I also us DuckDuckGo.com instead of Google, they don't track you for ads like Google.
And it's just as good and doesn't inundate you with their political leanings.
I don't use Facebook, Twitter or Snapchat. I don't support those multi-billion dollar companies
that censor, edit and use my personal data for profit and political purposes

In the meantime, switch off the TalkBass2014 style (change to Default) to at least make the site readable.

I got one today too.

@paul just popped into another thread about it saying it's a temporary clitch in the Talkbas 2014 theme (I think). He suggested going to default and assured everyone he's on it.
