Adventures with Compression and Delay

I play bass and guitar. So I have searched for the right stuff for me.
Compression : Maxon CP-101 ,Xotic SP, DarkGlass Super Symmetry, .One Control Pale Blue, Wampler Ego . All of these I can get a good tone out of.
Delay : Different story here I liked the Maxon AD 80, Keeley 30ms ,Keeley Caverns , Digitech DigiDelay
Not so much love : Walrus Mako , EH MemoryMan , JHS 3 Series , Alexander Sky Fi , Wampler Faux Tape Echo Delay ,Strymon Volante
I like looking for gems I might have missed. There's a ton of stuff out there to try.
I like simplicity of operations

Providence Chrono Delay. Looks complex but just has a lot of cool features. Display for the amount of delay can be shown in ms or bpm.
