I've been playing for less than a year, and ready to upgrade from my crappy ampeg BA115 combo. Problem is trying to decide on an amp that is versatile for the music I like to play. I like everything from Jamerson to the Ramones to Sly and the family stone to Radiohead to blues. About the only thing I don't like is country. I also am playing in a cover band that plays 60's to present day rock. We haven't started playing gigs yet, but that is in our future. I play a MIM P bass, mostly fingerstyle. I've been watching Craigslist for used equipment, mainly looking for a used Trace head. What do you guys think? I live in SE Michigan, and will probably have a cab built by Low down Sound to support the local economy, plus i hear great things about them. So I guess I need help picking out a head. Thanks
