Advice on simple Distortion Delay for Bass

Looking for a simple stomp-box or rack unit that does Distortion and Delay really well in Bass range

Dont need any other effects

Desired customizations (but not required): Distortion assignable by frequency band and Delay assignable by frequency band

Preferably priced 200USD or less

All suggestions welcome!

For separate pedals I would go with Darkglass X7 or MXU, for delay the TC Flashback is amazing. Lots of great sounds right out of the box, and completely customisable via the Toneprint app/software
