AFFORDABLE 410 BASS CABINET

I recently picked up a 5 string and have been researching 410 cabs.My Ampeg B115 is real nice but doesn't handle the low B all too well.My search will end w/ one of these (3) cabs. The Ashdown Mag 410t (great reviews on this)but wonder about the low end freq. response @ 60hz.The Kustom Deep End 410.seems to be built solid, has casters and a freq.response down to around 45hz.The Acoustic B410, i believe that this has a freq.response in the 45 hz range as well. Any advise for a "poor mans 410''?I have a piece of ##!!++ Crate head that will be replaced soon w/ an affordable 300 or so watt head . Thanxz for all your advice!:help:

carvin br410 brand new on clearance at carvin.com for 319.99 ... these cabs are very similar to the ampeg svt410e

If the thing is to get a 4x10 that will truly handle low end, the Carvin BRX 10.4 Neo is going to serve your needs much better than the BR 410:

I bought a Peavey TVX 410 4 ohm used on ebay for $150. I think it is one of the ones they had just before they came out with the Tour series, looks almost new. The seller was in my hometown so no shipping fees. It's a real nice cab and sounds huge with just my little B2R amp! Downside is it weighs almost 100lbs but with casters on it isn't so bad. Maybe you could find a deal like that if you're patient.
