Double Bass Aguilar Tone Hammer 500 vs 350

Can anyone compare the 2? I play through a 350 right now and am considering the 500. Anyone ever hear any difference?

Identical preamp in both- Both have a vintage/tube sound.

Through the same speaker(s), the 500 offers a bit more heft and headroom. I always error on the side of more power. Always more power.

More power , more headroom.... I just got the 700

I chose the TH500 over the TH350 for the added headroom. IMO 350 watts is borderline for some rooms, particularly if you're playing with a larger band. I suspect a few TH500s may come on the used market as some users trade up to the TH700.

I just returned a TH700 as I think my TH500 sounds better.
