Using your prompt:
Three handsome young man wearing a huge red sombrero and a black tuxedo while playing a tenor saxophone in the desert, Hyperrealistic, splash art, concept art, 3/4 shot, intricately detailed, color depth, dramatic, side light, colorful backgroundView attachment 5183998
This begs questions about the quiet part: Such as, are those three handsome young men Sicilians in a spaghetti Western, or are they Chevy Chase, Steve Martin, and Martin Short?
all of it! That has kinda been the point, AI being used but not "credited" somehow, and the "creator" taking credit for the "art".
No one grumbles about artists using arrangers because they are giving the arrangers the credit. Seems fairly straightforward to me...
I use none of the tools you noted, though I'm aware of their use these days. I'm a bit old school.I'm happy with the idea of both being given credit. Although the question might be do you note if you've used tools to quantize, arpeggiate or pitch correct?
To me, from the perspective of the instigator if the creative process it's identical to using an agency or collaborator as it's causing an additional piece of work to occur with a feedback and selection process. Sociological issues are different. This isn't answering the question of which tools are best but I think there are some ethical issues to be aware of and I find those interesting as they are ones I did think of when working in ML

LOL exactly… very much ‘approximately’ human vs clarity. Much better for non human creation and background/scenery generation.Definitely getting some Surgeon General of Beverly Hills vibes here...

I'm not sure I'd consider it "identical" to using other humans collaboration and creativity in an artistic endeavor.
thanks, sgiacomo! just reading your prompt helps me understand a bit more. now, what settings did you use: default settings, or did you tweak?
Using iZotope plugins which has AI features built in. Ozone 11 just came out with more stuff crammed into it. Powerful stuff for a DIYer like myself. Also using FADR, which is a stem separation tool. And an AI voice generator tool called Kits.ai that can transform a vocal audio file into another singer. Art and graphics I do myself. So basically anything I'm not perficant at I'll get an AI to fill that gap, otherwise I like using my skills to create art, music, and writing.
I use Ozone and frankly, do not always like the AI-based recommendations. So if you're going to use AI, you'd better have the backbone to stand up and tell it, "You sound like crap!" when necessary.
i want to share version 2
my second version of both the music,
- which is a slightly different mix,
- i snagged the keyboard part from a life show, so lots of editing in pro tools, but
- there'll be another (hopefully final) version after i snag the real part from the keyboard player this/next week.
- my interest in getting the music piece correct is paramount, the rest (the AI stuff) is for fun, in my case,
- i'll eventually post the final mix/master of the audio on spotify/itunes/etc. with the other Cold Cuts tunes,
and the AI-generated visuals,
- some of these bits have the benefit of the things i was trying to learn (the first few pages of this very thread),
- some are snagged from the first rendition, found on this thread: I made another ai music video… man this stuff is trippy and slightly disturbing ,
- but 50%-60% of this version is new,
- and i'm totally accepting of the weird, trippy, not life-like visuals. (i have a ground-to-earth at the very end.)...
- which i might keep.
i got a bunch of help from @RustfeatherBass, @scott sinner, @Barticus, @sgiacomo --- and i've "created" (induced?) a bunch more 4-second renders and combinations that i'm saving for the final version of the music/mix. hopefully, that will be forthcoming in the next few weeks.
i'm fine with the distortions and the surreal stuff in the images. it's just fun/funny (to me), even though i have no fan-based feedback to confirm or to suggest otherwise. what i cant get, consistently, even with the paid/'pro' version of nightcafe, is the number of characters/musicians. i say "three," "only three," etc., and the generator(s) does it's own thing (the apocalypse?) and produces more or less figures, randomly --- i get the correct number ~1/3 of the time, maybe (i'm using the least expensive "pro" version).
TL;DR: sorry for the repetition, but the tune is a model and a template for my plunge into AI images, so it will be presented a few times. anyway, this is the second version, just for fun:

for ~5 years, i've been using the paid version of VSDC (~$20/year) to generate all of my band "commercials" and music videos. It’s cool, what tool did you use to generate the video content with?
