Akai Deep Impact problem [HELP]

Hi guys,

My Akai Deep Impact is not working as it should be. When I plug my bass on it I realize that the effects works but it is hardly to hear them. This happened suddenly!

I already got in touch with Akai Pro who referred me to the Akai Brazil (I'm from BRAZIL). Because this pedal is no longer manufactured the Akai Brazil referred me to a small local service repair. I sent emails and called. Definitely I did not feel the slightest confidence in sending the pedal for them. They have never seen a Deep Impact before and they have absolutely no idea what it is or how hard is to find one (especially in my country). Worse, they can not even answer an email...

So I ask for help to you bass fellows Can you introduce me someone who can solve this problem? Here's a video that shows what's going on:

vstservice is the way to go. They do great work but more importantly they have the parts and they've worked on lots of Deep Impacts.

vstservice repaired my Deep Impact years ago and it's worked great ever since. Good, fast service.
