Alerts Notifications bug

I am getting a bug with my Notification Alerts. It keeps refreshing with old notifications showing as new alerts, new alerts not being displayed on the list, etc.

Clicking on a notification from the Alerts menu does not always load an up-to-date version of the thread. Sometimes doesn't even load the post that the notification is referring to. New posts appear on refresh of the thread.

Same here. I keep getting them on an unwatched thread.
