I'd throw a fit, try to get most of the money back. Absolutely ridiculous. Watching how most people have been waiting with no communication, no updates. I consider myself incredibly lucky with mine. I'll never give them my money again, though.

My thoughts tooDamn man, that’s some bull****.
Maybe you can find someone to replace the fingerboard. Or you can just rip the frets out.
Just to be sure, you're measuring the scale length from the zero fret and not the nut, correct? So, I decided to measure it (for good measureand it turns out what I thought happened. So, they made a 35" scale neck, but fretted it for a 34" scale. I could probably get it to work if I moved the bridge forward an inch. But, if be pretty much on top of my back pickup. Rendering that one useless. So...live and learn guys. Apparently they get flustered when swamped with orders

And is it 17.5" to the 12th fret?Yup
35" almost exactly to the G saddle
Live and learn, indeed. It's why I buy American-made G&...oh, wait. So, I decided to measure it (for good measureand it turns out what I thought happened. Would it be feasible to install the original bridge they shipped it with and see how it intonates then?16 15/16"

Hmm, yeahWould it be feasible to install the original bridge they shipped it with and see how it intonates then?
Because your frets seem to be in the proper positions judging from your picture, so I thought it might be worth a try. It's smaller than the one you installed so you have more leeway to adjust the position if you need to.Hmm, yeah
That's too bad to hear. I'm actually very pleased with mine, and I think once I get the electronics sorted out and a good setup, I'll be even happier with it. Would I ever go through this process again or recommend it to someone else? Probably not. It’s incredible that they messed the neck up twice.
I’ll be honest, I’ve barely touched my bass since I got it. I need to shim the whole neck heel, file the nut slots way deeper, and probably level the entire fingerboard. I’ve been so busy and beat down by work that none of those things sound like any way to spend my free time.
Here's two more pictures. One from the zero, one from the twelfthWould it be feasible to install the original bridge they shipped it with and see how it intonates then?
Proper for 34" or 35"?Because your frets seem to be in the proper positions judging from your picture, so I thought it might be worth a try. It's smaller than the one you installed so you have more leeway to adjust the position if you need to.

Okay. Well, your info supports my theory. But look at that picture. That's as far forward as I can go. And it needs moreFor 34".
