Yeah, absolutely no reason it should've taken this long. They bit off more than they could chew with the influx of custom orders and have no idea how to properly prioritize them at all. Not saying a CNC magically takes away all the time consuming hand work involved in building a neck, but it can handle everything besides gluing, fretting, final sanding, or finishing.They got right on mine. But then there was thier holiday season. Then, regular follow ups after that. It seems that as soon as they started my new neck, they forgot about me. Then it's been kinda like pulling teeth for answers. But, I am eventually getting follow ups. But, three months for a single neck seems outrageous to me.
