Enough hate on...They are a great band...write good songsHow can you mention Robbie Robertson n Daniel Lanois at the same time with.........nickleback
To me, Traynor has some okay products but also a few star products. How wrong were some of us about Traynor amps and cabinets? Back in the day, they were uncool, so we would buy older high maintenance gear before we would use a Traynor. Stupid I'm sure…
Exactly. I've played through a high-end Traynor bass rig at a sound studio and overall, it sounded pretty great. It's the first and only Traynor that ever has, to my ear. I played through a lower-end Traynor with a 4x10 sitting right beside a Mesa TT-800 with dual 12" cabs and there was no comparison, the Mesa was more flexible and sounded much more present. I tried to mix the Traynor to sound better, I really did... and failed. Granted, the Mesa had a lot more power but we're talking about similar (guitar store) volumes here.To me, Traynor has some okay products but also a few star products.
