The video cameras may be a good idea, but in some areas it is illegal to record people without telling them first.

Thing is, this is in the UK. I don't know what the law is in the UK, maybe someone from there can chime in.

so did the OP finally do?

But I had a surprise when I went in, I had won in a 'sheep raffle', I had won a leg of lamb, shame I turned vegetarian a month ago lol.
You might fetch a buck or two for it from some carnivore.
Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed an increase of TBers going vegetarian?
Im not complaining!
The banter has been going on since I started 7 years ago, I've always had gay jibes, I'm one of the youngest there so an easy target I guess.
The recent jibes have been going on for nearly a month.
I'm a die/tool fitter working in a factory.
Yeah...made couple of changes....
I`m still working in the same place, but I changed area...so I no longer work with this guy...
Have lots of Irish friends and I`m more...self confident...it is my 5th year in Ireland...
Harassment like that happens every day everywhere...
Problem is, people who are being harassed think that it will pass...
Problem is...it usually does not...The more you let people step over you the more they will...
I learned about it the hard way...
I`m afraid there is no other way...There has to be a moment when every harassed person wakes up one day and says I HAVE ENOUGH!!
Problem is that the more harassed we are the less we think about ourselves....it creates a stupid circle and it is difficult to get out of it....

terrifying my main bully into nearly wetting his pants is one of my top five best memories to this day. I rank it right behind the birth of my daughter.

I try really hard to be a mellow kind of guy. Nowadays it doesn't take much effort and has mostly become my real personality. When I was younger I got picked on A LOT and would try to be as invisible as I could because for some reason in schools, if someone picks on you and you try to complain officially the way they tell you that you are supposed to, YOU end up in trouble.
I was run over by a tow truck when I was ten. I had a lot of facial damage and scarring. And the medications they gave me to hold down my intracranial pressure while I healed made me grow all at once. So by the time I turned twelve, I was about 5'11"-6" and around 240 lbs (175-180cm & 110 kg-ish BIG for a twelve year old). But you know how clumsy guys are while they're growing? Picturing doing ALL your growing at once. Yeah. I could fall over while standing still. I was way bigger than everyone else, way clumsier and had facial scars. The other kids called Frankenstein.
So I put up with a bunch of crap for a really long time until I decided that I wasn't going to take anymore. And I realized that the other guys looked clumsy now and I hadn't fallen in a while. Basically as soon as I decided "That's it! Screw all of this." one of my most persistent tormentors came around the corner of the hall and changed his course so he could run into me. He said "Out of the way, Frankenstein." and ran his shoulder into mine to try to knock my books out of my hands. I dropped the books, grabbed him, pivoted and lifted him up against the wall a few inches off the ground. I held him up there long enough for him to realize just how much stronger than him I was and said. "I don't like that name. The next person who calls me that, I'm going to come find you and beat you until I get tired. And I don't get tired." Then I dropped him and he ran off like a scalded cat. Later that day I heard him telling people not to call me that anymore.
It may be shallow. But terrifying my main bully into nearly wetting his pants is one of my top five best memories to this day. I rank it right behind the birth of my daughter.

i used to cop it when i was a trainee many years ago.....when i took up judo to keep fit, i smashed a few of em down and they stopped anoying me, when one of the leading hands used to drop lit cig butts down by shirt, i charged up a 415 volt cap and layed the terminals over his forearm when he was chatting to the manager with his hands on his hips, you should have seen him jump..lol he chased me all over, then tried it on me a day later,i told him lets party, no fear from me.. but it all died down, word got around not to mess with me ...
