That photo sure is a dichotomy with the vegetation on the left and the crammed urban sprawl on the right; especially when you realize that the area on the right used to look more like that on the left at one time.
^The area I currently live in looks very much like that of Central Park... You couldn't pay me to live in an area like the right.
This is what it looks like where I live.
I can't upload a photo right now for some reason, but my area looks very similar to this, just add some mountains.
There is a mountain behind my house if the right side of the photo was bigger you could see it and another mountain on the other side if the river.
This is my town...

And winter (it only looks like this a few days each winter) The ski fields are a 30 min drive up into the mountains (hills) on the right of the shot.

There is a spot in the CN Tower, where the floor is glass. Creepy!

but I wouldn't do the outside one.
I have been in the CN Tower many times. I have stood on the glass floor. The Edgewalk was not there when I went but would not do that. The movie on how the CN Tower was built is amazing.
I've jumped up and down on the glass floor. It made a lot of the people there nervous.
I'm doing the edge walk next time I'm in Toronto.
Western Brook Pond in Gros Morne National Park. I've done this boat tour. Friends of mine did a fatbike excursion from the back of the park out to the lookoff point above the end of the pond last winter. 100-odd km on snow.
