Amazing Photos

All these winter pics are making me cold! Let's warm it up a little. :D

Mojave Desert south of Amboy, CA. Early June, well into the 100s and felt like I had a hair dryer in my face a few times.

It is. Amboy population is 5 as in FIVE. From a gas station/quick shop at Fenner on I-40 there is nothing from there to Twenty Nine Palms. about 90 miles. Full tank of gas and plenty of water! And cover up from the sun.

I went that way running old US66. I probably won't do that again!

I'm amazed that people live out there miles from anything.
