This guy did NOT use a telephoto lens. I was about 200' away with the camera on zoom. This pic from Epic Journey 2016 about halfway between Moran, WY and Jackson, WY. This is asking for a trip to the emergency room or the morgue.

Wait a minute… the bottom of the tree on the left was cut off but the top of that tree remained both alive AND suspended in the air long enough for the tree in the right to grow branches that would connect to the rootless, airborne tree so that it could nurture it?!
