I like a smear of Neuscheanstein on a toasted bagel.
I took this picture of a Blue Jay dive bombing a Red-tail hawk. It wasn’t until I uploaded it onto my computer that I discovered the hawk had baby Blue Jay in its talons.
A look at a sea anemone's mouth and tentacles by lighting up its neurons.
Lake Tahoe palm trees……I think this one was a 3 second exposure during 4th of July fireworks.

Hey buddy. This is currently in the western sky at 8:42pm tonight. Did you catch this? Can’t tell if its some business with a multi colored search light or not but it’s pretty cool. Not a plane light. However, I did catch a plane crossing in the first frame. My iPhone photos are a bit grainy. The “Night time” shots make the sky light and make the purple light surrealistic. Seems to over the West Sacramento area.

However, I went back out few minutes ago. I believe it’s a searchlight for some business. It’s holding steady. I just got some better night shots and I can I plainly see a tail reaching the ground. Rats!

When the Sacramento Kings win, even if it's a road game, they "Light the Beam" at the Golden 1 Center downtown arena. The beam is Kings purple. Maybe that's what's in the pic.Lol! I wish it was. Or at least a meteor.

LOL! You're right. It's funny. I never used to see the beam from my vantage point. I'm a way bit to the northeast. I think it was the thin cloud cover that gave it more substance.
Sunrise from my office every morning back in the working days. After flights resumed after 9/11, the flight path for Love Field in Dallas had planes flying directly toward the building before they turned. It was a little unnerving for a while. 20th floor, One AT&T Plaza, Dallas.
