Was looking for a set of thick, high tension strings for a bass with a too-flat neck. Had these in my cart for $17 and change, but they dropped twice while I was browsing to $14.52 so I had to snag a set. Hope they work out for my purposes. Don't know how long the price will hold.

They will be cheaper than that at Bass Strings Online after the TB user discount, and that's their normal price. They usually beat the pants of Amazon's prices.

I have put both in the cart and gotten them both at the lower price on a few items to to test it....
