Damn, they just had a 60 watt Hartke 12inch combo for $107 and it changed price as I put it in my cart. DAMN!

That Trace Cab looks sweet, but it's back up to $900 now. I almost snagged it yesterday for $488 until I realized that the part in red below is misleading, because the cab actually weighs 86.42 lbs, per Musician's Friend. I'll stick with my Schroeder 1210.

Pulled the trigger on the Tanglewood. Overwater electronics, hardware, and Chris May design (and overseen)...at $150!?! I'm still waiting for the reply email that says there was a terrible mistake and the order could not be filled. These may well be worth several times that ridiculous number.

Folks, the bass came today. I'm all about it. It's not the best in the arsenal but it easily beats the Classic Vibe in quality and playability. As for sound, the bass alone sounds very good (relative) and pick-ups are good (they lack a bit of oomph character) but amp volume does wonders. I would have no second thoughts about playing this at a gig/audition. I'm spoiled by the deal I got but would recommend the bass at the price level it sits at now.

Yep, I was looking at "product dimensions" just above that. But we've seen shipping weights wrong before on cabs
