I'd estimate around 9 lbs and it was made in Korea. Definitely lighter than the Sire Jazz 4 sting I have sitting next to it. Satin neck is fast and the hardware feels like it's quality. It only needed minor bridge adjustments to play well right away.

Nice! Ive owned a couple newer deans. Both played fantastically. Especially for the price. One had sharp frets, but that's an easy fix.

The bridge and tuners are solid. The nut is just basic plastic but seems to be cut fine. Overall the construction really reminds me of a MIM Fender.

Too bad there are only two, 1 star reviews, both with issues it seems. Maybe they bought early models, mine's been great with plenty of gig use. I got a pretty good price on my Mini-Mega1000 with Ebay Best Offer deal. These prices shown above are even better, nice.

Those two reviews are kind of funny. One is all caps and one is all lower case ee cummings.

I know one guy on TB had problems with two and gave up but he has better grammar so that's probably not him. I've put 4 loud gigs and a few loud rehearsals on mine with no problem. And this price was better than the 20% off I got a MF but now it's up to $498.

Just noticed this. I own one. I paid about $100 more. I love this thing. The review on the Amazon page is from me, didn't remember even doing that. This is a great price, for a great travel, or just plain fun bass.
