Chase Bliss Blooper is inbound
...in 6-8 weeks![]()
I ordered a blooper off reverb yesterday. Should be here next week
that’s just cruel
Ive been looking for a « tech savvy » drummer to do that kind of electronic, free jazz, hip hop, experimental thing fro about 10 years now.
(By that I mean a drummer that knows his way with FX, samplers, live sound manipulation…etc….)
Any place I can order one??
Oof that hit a little too close to home.

One of the rare times you were right to listen to me!As long as it isn’t your parents’ home.
The Pamela’s New Marmot module is pretty sweet. Glad I listened to @dukeorock
How'd you like Lorn's most recent releases??One of the rare times you were right to listen to me!
Heading home from weekend gigs. Nearly 2,000 miles of driving just to play two gigs. Thank goodness the money was decent and ‘worth it.’ We don’t listen to much music in the van and I’m glad for that as a rule. For pleasure, I listened to.
Aphex Twin- Richard D. James
Access To Arasaka- Reports From The Abyss
Apparat- Walls
Autechre- LP5 and Confield.
Loess- Burrows
I enjoyed it anyway![]()

I think we are exactly the wave length (dad pun intended) about Lorn. You were correct! Thanks for that
The latest Lorn record I have is Drown The Traitor Within and I like it a lot, but Lorn has always been an odd one for me. There’s not anything particularly groundbreaking and many of the synth and drum parts sound like too familiar presets, but there’s still something really unique about the guy, especially his mixing
I’m assuming most of us here have heard of Jay Hosking on YouTube? If not, I highly recommend his channel. He has crazy amounts of cool gear, but it’s the guys skill that wins. Some real pretty ambient stuff too. This jam just happens to be on an Octatrack
