i'm learning how to deal with that with the morphagene. i think the mimeophon is pretty boss. i'd love it if they did a true stereo reverb with similar cv functionality.
which versio do you have?
Depending on the FX library this could be an interesting amp for noise making.

I had band practice M and T nights this week for the first time in 2022 (different bands). It felt good to be back in the space and playing at volume. We're all wearing KN95s so we sort of look like puffins. "Mouth Devo."

There was a whole "duck vs puffin" discussion as we were packing up last night.

back in the 80s, i was on tour in europe and to get there we took icelandic air (they were cheap, had good legroom for the 6-footers in the band and had the best food—free cognac after dinner!). it stopped in reykjavik, where the airport was full of puffin paraphernalia. pretty funny. that and all the travelers hammering down beer at 8:00 a.m. and such. never ate there, so i didn't see puffin on the menu.
i think roast puffin might be better.

Messed around with some dark ambient crap today. Several vocal tracks time stretched super slow (1-20 BPM) in Izotope RX. Percussion time stretched from 90BPM to 200BPM. Tossed it all into the M8 and added some of its FM synth
Whales too, sadly, but I think they're finally on the way to putting an end to that.
Pulled out the modular beast and started playing around with the Erica Black Sequencer and QuBit Bloom. I was able to get totally lost drifting away for a solid 30-40 minutes. It was a big leap to jump into the eurorack world but I’m glad I finally did it way back when.
While I was jamming away I remembered I have a new common-wall neighbor in my apartment as of today. My previous neighbor was pretty tolerant of my musical shenanigans, even when I probably got louder than I should. Nobody started banging on the wall tonight, which is a good sign. But I guess there’s no hiding the fact I operate an alien robot factory from my new neighbor

I live in a townhouse, which is okay, except for two things: I want a garage, and I want to be able to turn up loud, and I can do neither here. Somebody did call the cops on me for noise one night, but it was weird because all I was doing that night was watching TV.
