Amp-mounted beer/drink holders?

I bet you just stand there, pretend you're playing and take one sip after another!
Now I want to start playing upright just to use that drink holder.

The scariest word in the English language is "FWOOOOFFFFFF!!!!". That's the sound of your amp going up in flames. Ask any electrician if having liquids (including beverages) around live current is a good idea. Bring a folding table for your libations and place it in the corner away from power cords and out of view of your patrons. Bottoms up!

Once more for the page 2 crew - I’m not looking for fatherly advice on how to not electrocute myself. I’ve been drinking beers on stage since I started gigging bars in college. I’ve yet to set a venue on fire, fry an amp, or electrocute myself.
My question is quite literally how to secure beverages even more, after 15-20 years of no accidents while setting them on amps, near pedalboards, next to mic cables on crowded stages, etc. I’m just looking for a more elegant solution than setting a can and or pint of beer on the floor.
I can appreciate the abundance of caution some are urging. However, this isn’t a thread asking IF I should have liquids on stage.

1) Les Harvey didn't die because of liquids on stage. It was a grounding issue with a microphone. If an ungrounded microphone should bring my on-stage demise, I'd like to at least have a beer in hand to enjoy the end.

I'm with you on this. Plus, a good mic stand drink holder keeps liquids away from amps. It's a win-win!!

I don’t let beverages near my amp (I don’t drink beer). But I have one on my mic stand.
