Ampeg B2RE for $50 new?

Tracking numbers mean they are preparing to ship them. Interesting...

If they actually ship them out for that price, I wonder how they will handle the backorders.

Yeah, that's the crux of the matter-- when is the point of no turning back? Could they have them on the loading dock, ready for UPS pickup, and then pull the plug?
And I wonder if Ampeg would help them out with the wholesale price on these, to ease the pain?
And maybe there'll be a job opening at MF (replacing the poor guy who got the decimal point in the wrong place). (I hope not, seriously.)
Well, anyway, it's been a fun 18 hours!

Add me to the short list. Got me a shipping notification email with tracking number this morning. Tried to track it but UPS.com came back with this: ">>> UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Please verify your information and try again later." Never seen that one before, but UPS has been known to do some wacky stuff.

On a pointless side note, I don't think it was a matter of the decimal being in the wrong place. They left a 9 out. Reg price was $469.95 and the sale price was $46.95...it would have been $46.99 if the decimal was put in the wrong place.

Actually, that always is the case IME for UPS for the first 12-18 hours of the tracking, as I am so antsy when I order something that I try to track it immediately. Totally normal.
Just trying to keep the dream alive for all of us. . .

Weird, I ship and track things across the country everyday with UPS at work, never seen it before. I'm shipping from my company's distribution centers which are possibly much more efficient than MF and have multiple daily pickups to the same customers repeatedly so maybe that has something to do with it....?
