Ampeg B2RE for $50 new?

I wish all of you good luck. If they honor the deal, then it's on them. The B-2 series heads ain't all that bad. In fact their more generic overall tone quality is a good thing, if you folks decide to Sansamp them with your VT, or Bass Driver pedals. It's a lot of wattage for seriously low dollars, shipping costs included, if any of you are fortunate enough to get what you ordered. Keep posting, and let the rest of us know how things go for you.

Time to use "the Secret" ;)

The B2RE has been removed from MF completely and looks like it's on B/O at GC so maybe it was a blowout?

So like, if I get the amp should I cancel my paypal so they don't ninja charge it more? Or is that against the law for them to do that?

No, they can only honor and ship at the price originally charged or cancel the order.

as long as 1 order goes thru they have to fulfill all the orders right?

Nope, they can cancel at any time up until the product gets out the door.

I gotta say, if MF is honoring the orders--even though they seriously goofed on the pricing--it scores a lot of points with me. (It just doesn't seem too likely it was intentionally blowing out inventory; the discount was too much. At a minimum, if it was blowing out some inventory, it worked way better than planned...)

Somebody pointed out early in the thread that their TOS allows them to refuse, in case of a typo in a price. By my lights, if they eat it and fill the orders anyway, that's manning up, big time.

If they honor those orders, I'm going to kick myself in the ass. I was contimplating getting one but got side tracked at work and before I knew it they pulled the page. I sure do hope they honor the orders.
