Somebody pointed out early in the thread that their TOS allows them to refuse, in case of a typo in a price. By my lights, if they eat it and fill the orders anyway, that's manning up, big time.

+3... $249.95 would have cleared their stock, probabloy at "cost" in a few days.
They may have some sort of automated process though, that will allow some to slip through the cracks. If you have a tracking number, then keep your fingers croxxed because yoiu jsut might be in luck, even after reading Jimmy's email from MF...
