Ampeg B2re power question

Hi to all. I just picked up a nice used Ampeg B2re and I have a question about it's power output. The manual that I got with it tells me that it's 350 watts @ 4 ohms. But on the back of the amp(see pic) it's telling me it's 450 @ 4ohms. So I just wanted to get some input about what the real deal is power outage wise. Thanks in advance for your comments.

Awesome all thank you. I wasn't going to keep it if it only had 350 watts. But now knowing its 450 at 4 ohms it's a keeper. Plus it's a 2011 made in the good ole USA. Besides two of the EQ sliders broken it's in great shape. I actually like the tone of it. It's a bit heavy but not too bad. I am going to put it in a 2 space rack case and gig on. Peace bass bro's.

The best part about this whole thing is I got the B2re and a BSE410H for $150.00 off of craigslist. One owner both in great condition. I didn't know if I would like the amp but for the price I was just going to use it as a practice amp. When I got it and saw that it was a USA model dated 2011 I told myself this one is a keeper. Then I played both of my Musicman basses through it. Sounded great. I didn't even need to use the graphic eq. The cab and head are both a little heavy but I can deal with that.
