Ampeg BA-115T

Most likely there's another thread out there, but.
Have to share my experience with this amp here anyway.

Great sound, some hi-freq noise/hiss comming out of the tweeter - OK. I am planning to disconnect it.
Very nice bottom end bass sound I like so much.

.... but one day, playing in the TV studio a sound guy came and says, there's something wrong about your DI output. The sound was sooo bad, something like a fuzz sound, cracking, making nasty sound. So I disconnected the connector and we went miking the speaker. That worked.

That recalled me another gig I played a couple of months before. A different sound guy told me the same but I didn't believe him, because the amp was completely new that time.

The conclusion is: sometimes it worked ok, sometimes crazy ****** sound going out the balanced DI. I found out the important thing - when you knock on the back panel around the output it starts to make noises. Bad contact, huh !?
I had to give the amp back where I bought it. Another one is on the way - for more than a month :hmm:

Anyone something similiar with this amp?
