Ampeg Bass Head "windy" backgroud noise

sounds intermittent, first replace the caps as said above, but also open it up an tap around with the plastic part of a srewdriver see if you can get it to act up an isolated it then resolder if its a bad joint,,, if it only acts up after several minutes its a heat issue an get some frezze spray an a hair dryer an try to isolate the component that way(will be a transistor or diode)
