I was offered an Ampeg CL for a few Benjamin's, it's like new. It would just be additional practice amp. Opnions on these from users? TIA

I had one and sold it as I didn't love the tone and it wasn't very loud. Not the same amp as the VR version.
I have one. On a larger 8ohm cab it gets loud enough for rockin basement jams. Picked it up used...I think I have $240 into it.
But I mostly use it at home for practicing and a headphone amp.
