Am I the only one confused by the RB designation since GK has used that for over 40 years?
There are a whole bunch of other letters to use!
You're correct, yet the previous poster has a valid point -- the GK RB line is very well entrenched (if old) and this is a little confusing.Ampeg have used Rocket as a model name for decades (the Reverb Rocket guitar combo dates back to the 50s or 60s)... so it's an abbreviation of Rocket Bass.
The key thing , one is Ampeg and one is GK . I don't think it will confuse anybody . Two different animals .You're correct, yet the previous poster has a valid point -- the GK RB line is very well entrenched (if old) and this is a little confusing.

My good man. I hope you’re not confused by all of the P basses out there. All bass guitars.Dude. Both bass amps. Same animal.
BUT I'M SURE YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT.

All Fender also . Would you confuse those with another brand ? Good thing Fender are the only guys making P basses . I've never confused any of my Fenders with anything else .Well, I'm a little confused by the two on the right sometimes, but I'm working on it.

Thanks for all this research - manuals aren’t posted yet so I’m still wondering about the frequencies that correlate to the EQ knobs if you are able to find that out as well.COMPARISON:
Micro VR + SVT210AV vs RB-115:
Price: 693 Euros vs 609 Euros
Power: 200 Watt vs 200 Watt
Weight: 35,8 lbs vs 34 lbs
Overdrive: none vs SGT overdrive
The most important one in my view, the sound/tone, I can't comment on yet, obviously
But nice to know for those considering an amp for rehearsals or so
