Ampeg Speaker identification help please

Pulled a speaker out of my G60 cab to see what it had...

10" Speaker - Stamped steel frame, round magnet, paper cone.

Numbers on the magnet:

580167-1
5.3 OHM
29310
2857634

Anyone have any info by chance? Found nothing on Google.

The speaker is a ROLA and manufactured in 1976.

Is this one of the units out of your 2X10 FENDER combo? If it is a GUITAR combo, just go buy the flavor of the month Celestion... If its a BASS unit, you could probably measure the cubic feet of the cab, whether ported or sealed and come up with good replacements, using manufacturers recommendations or WinISD. BOB

So far the only info that possibly matches is that this is a Rola speaker(285) manufactured during the 34th week of 1976??

You beat me to it man.

This is an Ampeg G60 guitar cab, 6x10 with three seperate ported compartments..

It is in awesome shape and I have a buyer for it.. Just wanted to check to see what speakers were in it as alot of people say the V4 cabs make awesome bass cabs. I plugged in my Fender SS amp and it sounded nice at very low "condo" volumes... But alot of peeps said it would'nt handle alot of bass volume as is..

Cant seem to find anymore info than this on these pseaker like power ratings, etc...
