Ampeg SVT-4 Pro Serious Issues

I have had this Ampeg SVT-4 Pro for a few years now without a major hiccup but recently it has been giving me some serious problems. For context I have been running it into a Ampeg 610 cab, again, no issues ever, even running it for extended periods of time. Ventilation is great, I even made a custom case so it can get more air.

So, the issue is when I power it up it pops, flickers, and shuts itself off. It even sparked from the power button once.

I took it to a local repair shop but the repair guy sent it back to me and said it was working without issue. Took it home, played it that day but haven't been able to since.

Same issue as before, I'm unsure where to go from here, don't want to take it back without any idea of what's going on just for it to be sent back to me again in two weeks.

Any ideas? I'm far from a professional, but I'm pretty sure everything is as it should be on my end. Guy at the shop suggested it got hot but I even added more vents and same issue, plus it's right as it starts up. Suggested impedance, I'm running mono-bridge into the aforementioned Ampeg 610 at 4 ohms. Never gave me an issue before but if this is a problem I'm open to suggestions.

Would love to get some thoughts on this before I send it out again, I love this amp but if this is going to be a regular thing I'm not sure where to go from here I'm afraid. Let me know what you all think and thank you for your time.
