I would hope that Loud have been working on this long before Yamaha.
How could anyone in marketing not plan on some big release for the 50th anniversary of a company that revolutionised bass amps 1969?
Plus, I doubt that Yamaha would have had enough time to design, prototype, refine, get bids for manufacturing, manufacture, assemble, and get other approvals in about 6 months.

They should use the same speakers that are in the current Heritage 810.
As for moving it, the cool vintage look beats out transportation issues in a heartbeat.
By not marketing it, I think that they’re underestimating a good potential market. Especially if it’s a limited run.
There are ways to make a flatback that tilts and rolls with today's hardware. My Greenboy Dually has a flat back, recessed tilt casters, and a recessed handle at the top and it is a breeze to tranport. Due to the extra weight, I would suggest two handles with an Ampeg 810. Wouldn't be 100% authentic...but then again, IMHO the 50th AV head is not very authentic either.
Here's an example of what the rear of a Dually might look like...not mine though.
The Fender Bassman Pro Neo 810 has 2 of the same recessed top mounted rear handles also.
Looks like a nice cab.

It does seem like a good cab. I've only used one instore, but @Tim1 has a Fender Bassman Pro Neo 810 iirc
Here's Fergus wondering what to do about a li'l ol' jellyfish, that wasn't having its best day, back in early Jan. This was at Bridport in the north of our state.

LOUD planned from the getgo of the LBO they did in 2017 to sell Ampeg and quit ordering amps and supplies long before they did the sale. I seriously doubt they gave it any thought ater the LBO.
Yep, still got the neo 810. Great cab, could dominate any open stage. The lightest 810 I have ever used. Doesn't get a lot of use these days as I tend to use the Barefaced Four 10 most times these days but it comes out for outdoor gigs when needed.
