There are other factors besides the mere raw power handling of the speaker, you know.

Well Ampeg's not one for inflating specs, and if anything, by today's standards they could easily add power handling numbers to both cabs, so molehill, not mountain.

Actually, they are. The 410he and the 810e both use the same speaker.

Uuuuuuh woops. I missed that. OK so I don't see any way around that cab being 8 ohms without switching the drivers. Of course, ANOTHER one would drop you to 4 and it would rawk. But that's a ton of gear to lug. To me, an 8-10 is much easier to move than two 4-10 cabs. So probably your best bet would be to get a 4 ohm cab instead of the one you have (either a fridge or another kind altogether).
