Are these decent amps? There's one selling here locally for a decent price but I don't know anything about them.

Ampeg SVT200T

I used one pretty hard for a couple of years back in the mid-90's, pushing my old Ampeg fridge for all it could. 
It did a great job IMO, and considering the head I was using previous to the 200T was an early 70's SVT, it had some serious shoes to fill. I never used the BI-AMP feature, so I'm no help there. It's eq worked very well with my Jazz, and it could always get plenty loud enough, easily pushing all those 10" drivers. The cool thing was I could place my chorus pedal and Sabine tuner on top of the amp, and quickly connect them through the front effects loop with short patch cables.
The only reason I got rid of it was to go with all rack gear, but that's another thread...

+1. I have an SVT 200T that I gigged in the 90s.
It's plenty loud for most gigs and has flexible eq and routing.
While I'm never tempted to get it out of storage to replace either my Thunderfunk or Aggie/Stewart World 2.1 rig, it's definitely a decent head.

It's easily worth $150 if it's in all working order. The head provides a great solid low end and fills out a band really well.
Our bassist (yes, I know, awful that I played a different instrument in a band, ha) used one with his Ampeg fridge for quite some time now and it has never let us down. Always given a great tone and it's really never lacked anything in the volume department.

When I've seen them for sale, they've been more in the $200-250 neighborhood. So, yeah, $150 is a good deal.
