That should work fine. Anything 500w and below is cool. I have been using an Ampeg PF800 and it keeps blowing the speakers I am going to have to downsize the head or sell the cabs. Thank goodness I bought the extended warranty.

Ampeg SVT210AV Micro Classic Bass Cabinet

I use a Little Mark III (500w) with two SVT210AVs. It works great!
You should try it for yourself...
Instead of carrying the little platform I made up for my Walkabout; I realized I could just use the rubber feet. One sits in each cup; when I pack up, I just stick 'em in a zip-lock bag. Here's pics of the old and new:

Looks like the micro Vr cabinet I never heard one but have heard the micro CL cabinet and was less than impressed seemed to have no low end might have been the EQ settings though all I saw was the vol at max

The 210AV and 210CL are very different cabs with different speakers and different sound. At a gig yesterday, the soundman raved about my Walkabout through the two 210AVs. At the sound check on Friday he said he loved it and then Sunday (unsolicited) he said, "Bands come in here with these gigantic bass amps and none of them sound as good as this little rig."

Interesting how that happens with good cabs BBQV. The total is more than the sum of the parts - tonally speaking!

I like how these cabs sound and agree with earlier statements that they lack a certain depth while very effectively capturing a vintage tone and having a fast/sensitive response. Plenty of volume for what I paid and terrifically convenient. ^^ liking the look and imagined sound of that Prodigy 2 x 210, too. 
I'm leaning.... against getting a second. It doesn't seem like that versatile of a cabinet. With two being a 52 lb. two handed carry... hmmm... I'm not sure, but it's tempting. Double down by all means if it fits your groove.

whoops! fnord would like to know how much a very good condition 210AV should cost? Also, (this could have been covered, but…) what's up with the speakers? Eminence what? And or replace speaker specs for said cab. I can build my own cab; I'd like to know if a standard Ampeg 2x10av cab's sound is worth a purchase (some neg on the speakers in some posts) I will run it with another cab that can handle the lows.

Really? I've been gigging my 2 210AV's with a GB Shuttle 9.0 (900w @ 4 ohms) and haven't had a single hiccup.
I use a PF800 with my 210av's sometimes and haven't blown a single speaker ever. No offense, but your problem is what is known as "user error." Common sense goes a very long way when running a rig like that. A helpful him I use is if it sounds like it may explode, it will.
