Kind of a weird way to operate: scroll to the bottom to scroll up to get to the next page. Fixing it???

If this is meaning to say that the scroll arrows for navigating to the next page of a thread do not work at the bottom of the page, I see the same issue.

Or is that an " upgrade"?
