Fact of the matter is, no moderator (former or current) nominated you for a seat in the election), and you missed the date to register.

From my point of view, Mike is running unopposed.

I would however, like to hear more on his platform, and what he will do for US as mod at large.

That was only a test to get a feel on how you would handle situations of pressure in an official moderator position. You did well, therefore earning my official nomination as a former mod chair holder myself.

mike_v_s is a dangerous tyrant who doesn't believe in civil liberties! He supported the TB Post Tapping Act in 2004!

The media is portraying him as strong and just while they ignore the truly worthy candidates. The media WANTS mike_v_s to win. The election is fixed!

Vote Ron Paul for mod! He's the only one who can save the OT economy and protect our personal liberties!

Dear Potenial Constituency:

It is with a heavy heart that I sit before you. Earlier today I made a plea with a hand-picked crack team of Moderators Who Haven't Banned Me Yet to set up multiple voting stations for the upcoming Moderator At Large election in the most heavily trafficked forums on the Bass Guitar side of TalkBass. In a totally unforeseen manuever, my suggestion was shot down. With tear gas.

That's right folks. I'm talking about blatant voter disenfranchisement the likes of which we haven't seen since 2000. My suggestion was beat down with a virtual nightstick like a Dade County resident without a voter registration card. The mere mention of full representation was torn to bits as if by trained German shepards.

Having the hoses turned on me hasn't dampened my spirit, however. In the next 24 hours, you will be given the chance to voice your opinion, if only in this forum. I strongly encourage you to talk to your brothers who frequent the other forums and plead with you to convince them to make the journey to Off Topic to cast their vote. Load up the buses, if you have to.

I apologize for failing, but I was no match for moderators in riot gear with tear gas and dogs. Please keep an eye out for the polling station to be opened here within the next 24 hours. I thank all of my supporters. Spread the word.
