Buzz - YouTube here is a video working on pics
The tech said the same thing but im not playing on it very hard and if i grab my other bass and play really hard it does not buzz. You can make anything buzz, if you pluck it hard enough. Your bass looks like it has extremely low action for someone who plays as hard as you seem to. The setup is not right for you; "Play lighter", may be good advice overall, but not at your expense.
dan is one of the best techs in dallas and my experience with him is that he's definitely qualified...sorry to hear you're having trouble. the times he set up my les pauls, he went out of his way to make them perfect for me, we even went into an adjacent studio to listen in a quiet room for the faintest buzz of a high note played unplugged and he sat patiently playing it until he found it then fixed it
this is key; how is the action on the non-buzzing bass in comparison?...if i grab my other bass and play really hard it does not buzz.
I have a electric acoustic bass and electric bass that dont buzz and there action is alot higher, but ive had the action raised and still buzzed, do i need it like mega raised or something?

Not enough information. What's your relief, string height, and 1st fret gap (fretted)? Did you have any specific requests when undergoing the two previous set-ups (i.e. straight / no relief neck, super low action)? And of course...did you set your witness points?

Any of my basses will buzz if I lay them down like that and hammer on a string.
